Validation plugins offer a straightforward installation process.

Downloading Validation
The first thing you need to do is download the latest build of Validation plugins. You can find it in Formea's validation lists landing page.
Available Validations
To initiate the download of the validation plugin, click on the download button. Validation plugins are categorized as Free and Paid. If you possess an active subscription for the validation plugins or Formea Pro, kindly sign in to access the download.
The downloaded file will be in the format .zip. Example: Formea_validation_xxxx_1.0.0.zip
Install via dashboard
To install element type via the dashboard:
- Login to your Joomla! Administrator
- Go to Formea Form Builder » Dashboard
- Under the section "Installed Formea Plugins", locate the "Install Formea Plugins" at the bottom
- Click on "Browse" and upload the downloaded Element type (.zip file)
Install via Validations Manager
To install validation plugin via the validations manager view:
- Login to your Joomla! Administrator
- Go to Components » Formea Form Builder » Validations
- Click on the "New Validation" button at the top
- A pop-up for file uploading will appear
- Click on "Browse" and upload the downloaded Validation plugin (.zip file)
