  • Updates and new features for one year.
  • Premium support for one year.

Upon purchase, you agree to the following:

  • Licensing: All Feseur.com Joomla extensions are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2.0. As such, there are no restrictions beyond those specified in the GPL, and you are free to modify and distribute the extension as per the license.
  • Usage: You can use the purchased extension on unlimited domains or websites. However, each domain or website requires a separate license for premium support and updates.
  • No Sharing: You may not share your Feseur.com account, login credentials, or extension files with others. Doing so may result in termination of your support and updates.
2. Pricing and Payments
  • Pricing: All prices listed on Feseur.com are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing for any product at any time.
  • Payments: We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe, which includes both Debit/Credit Card transactions and PayPal account payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
3. License and Usage
  • License Agreement: By purchasing a Joomla extension from Feseur.com, you agree to the GNU GPL v2.0 license terms, which allows you to use, modify, and redistribute the extension as you see fit, provided that you retain the GPL license in redistributed versions.
  • Domain Usage: The extension can be installed on an unlimited number of websites, but each domain requiring premium support must have a valid license.
4. Subscription Renewal
  • Extension Use After Expiry: After your one-year support and update period expires, you can continue to use the extension indefinitely. However, you will no longer receive updates or premium support unless you renew your subscription.
  • Renewals: Renewal of your subscription will provide you with access to the latest updates and one more year of premium support. Renewal is optional but recommended to ensure your extension stays up-to-date and supported.
5. Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Each extension comes with a free version or demo, allowing you to test the product before making a purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the product to your satisfaction.

6. Support Services
  • Eligibility: Support is available to customers who have purchased a valid license for an extension. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and bug fixes. However, it does not include customizations or third-party conflicts.
  • Support Channels: We offer support via our forum, support tickets, and email. Our support hours are Monday through Friday, with limited response times over weekends.
  • Exclusions: Support does not cover the following:
    • Custom modifications or new feature requests.
    • Issues caused by third-party extensions or templates.
    • Outdated versions of Joomla or the extension itself.
7. Compatibility and Updates

8. Limitation of Liability

Feseur.com will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use our extensions. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination of Services

Feseur.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to support and updates for violations of these terms, including but not limited to account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, or abusive behavior.

10. Modifications to Terms

Feseur.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our extensions after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
